Message from Prophet Christopher Yaw Annor

Dear Beloved in the Lord Jesus Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in this year of excellence
I am following up on the earlier message from the Church Office on the suspension of gathering for church service for the next four weeks.
This situation should remind us of the early days of the Apostles when they faced persecutions. The intensity of the threats was such that they could not organize face to face meetings.
As was stated in the message from the Church Office, our regular face to face services for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week have been cancelled. I am working on a number of options that will allow me to be in contact with you via online church services. I will come back to you again before the end of this week on the arrangement for the online services.
In the meantime, remember and be encouraged in the message of last Sunday 15th March. Recall that the Syrians eventually entered Israel after the siege. As a church, we prayed and trusted God that the COVID – 19 will not enter the country. The virus is here with us as the Syrian army also entered Dothan in Israel. The prophet Elisha did not feel threatened by the invasion or by the invaders. In the same way I encourage you not to fear or panic because of the reported cases of COVID – 19 infections in the country.
Note here – the servant of Elisha exhibited fear and panic when he saw the army of the Syrians. Elisha encouraged him “Don’t be afraid”. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 2 Kings 6:16. The assurance was not enough to encourage the servant. However when Elisha prayed and his eyes were opened’ … and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha’. 2 Kings 6:17. This is our confidence as children of God. It is my prayer that you grow in this confidence and trust in God to “Strike this army (COVID- 19) with blindness.” 2 Kings 6:18.
