The Temple Fitness Club is one year old. To mark the anniversary and also to prepare for this year’s Life Walk, the following activities have been scheduled.
On Sat. 17th February, there will be Power Aerobics here at the Holy Ghost Temple from 7:00am to 8:00am.
On Sat. 24th February, there will be a Health Walk at the Aburi Mountains from 5:30am to 8:30am.
On Sat. 3rd March, there will be a Boot Camp Exercise here at the Holy Ghost Temple from 7am to 8:30am.
All members are encouraged to partake. Remember, your spirit man needs a healthy body to live in.
